In the April number of the Gazette, Captain Sargood Fry details two cases of liver abscess rupturing into the abdomen, followed by death. We have at present a case in hospital where rupture of such an abscess into the abdomen has not been followed by death and not only that, but there was a second abscess of the liver in addition.
